  • Product URLs and Retailer Links: When you submit product links from supported retailers to track (including but not limited to footwear, apparel, electronics, home goods, and other consumer products), we store the URL, retailer information, product category, and related metadata.
  • Price Alert Settings: We store your price thresholds, product size/variant preferences, alert frequency settings, notification preferences, and other customization parameters.
  • Contact Information: If you reach out to us, we collect your email address, message content, and communication history.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: We collect your device type, operating system version, device model, and unique device identifier (UUID) for push notifications and service delivery.
  • App Usage and Analytics: We track which features you use, how often you use them, session duration, product categories viewed, search queries, watchlist activity, and engagement with premium features and advertisements.
  • Crash and Error Logs: If the app crashes or encounters errors, we automatically collect crash data, error logs, and diagnostic information to improve stability and performance.
  • Network Information: We log your IP address, approximate geolocation based on IP, and network connection type for security, fraud prevention, and analytics purposes.
  • Ad Interaction Data: If you view or interact with advertisements in the App, we collect impression data, click data, and engagement metrics to optimize ad delivery and measure campaign performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

The Company uses personal information collected to:

  • Monitor product prices across multiple categories and retailers, and send real-time price alert notifications
  • Deliver the core functionality of the SoleDip App, including watchlist management, price tracking, and alert delivery
  • Provide AI-powered features and recommendations in premium tiers of the Service
  • Display personalized and category-relevant advertisements to support free tier operation
  • Improve, optimize, and enhance the App experience and Services
  • Debug issues, fix bugs, and maintain system security and integrity

The Company shall delete your personal data within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a valid deletion request, except where retention is required by applicable law or regulation, in which case we shall retain only such data as legally required.

7. Children's Privacy

SoleDip is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
